The project began with the objective of (re)creating an image and reinforcing the public’s beliefs in the exclusive lines of service, quality, and experience. The objective was also to create a modern online channel, with new and updated information and the production of marketing and promotion material for the company.
The development of the solution was, from the beginning, close to the client to maintain the experience and essence of the brand that would allow transforming ideas into more productive and effective realities for the project.

The first steps were taken with the survey and diagnosis of needs and the creation of benchmarking studies in the areas of design and image, channels, types of customers and industries, always aligned with the objectives.
After the analyzes and diagnoses, we started the process by conceptualizing the brand and creating a robust ‘theory’ that would capture the past, present and future without forgetting the pressing need for innovation to achieve the end goal.
