This project arises from the need to recover during the post-covid pandemic, where Floor Sensation strategically decides to recreate its image, points of interaction with the public and reformulate its branding and marketing strategy to improve its positioning.

SP Business Group was invited to take the reins of this project, initially managing to create a strategic diagnosis of the various encapsulated concepts of the brand and its essence in order to transform it into graphic elements, channels and other points of interaction with the public. Always supported by studies of competition and industry, in order to corroborate decisions according to strategic behaviors of leading brands in the market.
Another important element of the project was the creation of an online store, where SP Business Group® advised that it would be a new source of revenue for the brand that could greatly increase revenue, given the situation in the industry at the time.
The functional and operational analysis of the business provided the opportunity to expand the capacity to communicate with the public, as there is already demand from audiences from other markets, English and French – thus, a website with 3 languages was created.
In the end, we were also able to create and conceptualize a marketing and communication strategy for the brand, for the national and international market, focused on different aspects of the brand management strategy – training the executive team to implement it.
This was a project that so far has contributed a lot to the partnerships developed by SP Business Group® throughout our lives.
