In this sense, SP Business Group® was invited to solve this problem. So, at first, a moment of brand and business diagnosis was created, with regard to several functional areas – mainly those associated with marketing, communication and brand management, and creation of value for customers, as well as the creation of a international benchmarking study with other successful businesses in the specialty of psychology and people care.
After the diagnosis, we were able to move towards the definition and planning of a strategy that would allow Psicodinâmica a better position before the public interested in its services, through areas and specialists in brand management and creation, marketing and image creation and aesthetics of business concepts.
This was a moment of extensive study, sharing and conceptualization in the areas of Branding, Marketing and Communication, as well as advertising. Given the specificity of the market and services, and the great decision engine associated with quality and the creation of trusting relationships, the project has always had a close presence with the center’s founders.
Regarding the final results of the project, it was always necessary to ensure that the image and materials created had a human nature, calm and simple, but confident, secure, innovative with energy to make positive changes in people’s lives.
It was also important to ensure that all materials and channels created exuded friendly, easy to use, easy to share, and with valuable and up-to-date information about the specialties, people, and service processes. Without forgetting the need to create a channel capable of positively impacting the business’ revenue generation and attracting new customers.
The entire process of developing the solution was oriented towards discovering and creating mechanisms of relationship and action with the services and associated professionals, with eyes set on the main market leadership positions in Lisbon, something that it was possible to achieve, while still achieving some clients international.
After the first objectives achieved throughout the project, it was essential to ensure that the various points of interaction with the brand were thought out and created, as well as the registration and testimony of the path developed by Psicodinâmica until today, and the dissemination of the narrative for the future.
Finally, an operational modernization process was created through the training and installation of a new workflow, through cloud solutions, with the objective of facilitating the management, sharing, analysis and availability of information among the entire team.
