ETICHS
AGREEMENT
As Solutioneers we commit to:
1. Arrive on time, every working day, with no grace period, unless authorized or justified;
2. If there is a need for a fault, always give 48 hours notice;
3. Always bring the necessary material to carry out the work tasks;
4. Do not use your mobile phone, except when strictly necessary. In case you need to use it,
inform the team that there will be a break, trying as hard as you can to not extend it for more than 10 minutes;
5. Perform all the tasks and jobs necessary for SP Business Group® to function and develop positively;
6. Studying continuously, several themes that can promote personal and SP Business Group® growth, and sharing
with the team;
7. If I do not feel capable of carrying out a task or work, I must immediately inform the team and everyone together should try to help with the task;
8. Be proactively present in the company and anticipate potential problems and work to prevent them;
9. Inform both teammates, customers and partners of any changes that may affect them or the company directly;
10. Be responsible with the disclosure of inside information of the company;
11. Focus at all times on what is best for the company, without personally committing yourself;
12. Perform all tasks as quickly as possible and with the best quality possible;
conditions as I found them;
13. Promote good mood among all;
TEAM MEETINGS
As a team we will:
1. Discuss matters daily with confidence and honesty with the entire team;
2. Be honest and open in all meetings and discussions;
3. Encourage diversity of opinions in all meetings and discussions;
4. Give everyone the opportunity to participate effectively and equally;
5. Be open to new approaches to work, as well as tools and ideas;
6. Avoid blaming someone when things go wrong, instead gather and discuss as a team, all
the procedure, point out the flaws/errors and point out the solutions on how to improve;
COMMUNICATION
As a team we will:
1. First try to understand and then be understood;
2. Be clear and get straight to the point;
3. Practice active and effective listening;
4. Promote beneficial discussion for all and for the company;
5. Keep the meetings in a ‘good tone’ and be polite;
6. Use drawings, tables and other means of communication that can facilitate understanding and discussion;
7. Always respect the space and morality of each other, always knowing that I cannot harm physically,
emotionally and socially anyone within or outside of the company.
8. Be always responsible and accountable for what I say and do;
PROBLEM-SOLVING
As a team we will:
• Encourage everyone to participate;
• Encourage all ideas, without criticizing negatively, realizing that the concepts that come from outside
our perception and awareness can be positive;
• Build on the ideas of all team members;
• Use tools that facilitate problem-solving;
• Use dates and deadlines to solve problems;
• Realize that solving problems is a creative process and that all new ideas and new understandings
can work, or help to find the best solution;
DECISION MAKING
As a team we will:
• Make decisions based on data whenever possible;
• Search for information and data we need;
• Discuss criteria (Cost, Time, Impact, Ethics, Legality, Results, Impacts; among other factors) to make all
decisions about the team, its elements, projects, customers and the company itself;
• Encourage and explore the different interpretations of data;
• Always seek the opinion of everyone on the team before making a decision;
• Discuss concerns in groups, whenever possible;
• Have everyone’s agreement whenever possible;
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
As a team we will go;
• Observe the conflict as something normal and an opportunity for growth;
• Realize the different interests and desires of each party involved before reaching answers or solutions;
• Choosing the right time and place to discuss and explore the conflict;
• Openly listening to different points of view;
• Repeat what has been said in order to ensure that we understand past information;
• Recognize the valid points highlighted by other people;
• List our views and interests so as not to personally judge or attack people in the
team;
• Always try to find a commonplace or space for agreement regarding the conflict;
MEETINGS
As a team we will:
• Hold meetings with those responsible at least every 2 weeks;
• Hold a monthly meeting on the last working day of each month;
MEETING PROCEDURES
As a team we will:
• Begin meetings at the stipulated times;
• Send a pre-reading document to all participants for the meeting;
• Team members must come prepared for the meetings;
• Team members should discuss the various items on the meeting’s agenda;
• Carry out the report of the meeting, by a member of the meeting on a rotating basis;
